Troubleshooting Wallpapers

1. Wallpaper Not Showing?

  • Make sure your antivirus or firewall isn’t blocking the app.

  • Restart your computer and try launching the app again.

  • Ensure your display drivers are up to date.

2. Video/HTML Wallpapers Not Loading?

  • Check if the file format is supported (.mp4 for video, .html for interactive).

  • Avoid special characters or spaces in file names or paths.

  • Make sure the wallpaper file is stored locally, not on a removable drive.

3. Desktop Icons Covering Wallpaper?

  • The wallpaper is designed to run behind icons. If it’s not, click “Reset Wallpaper” in the app settings.

  • Make sure no other desktop enhancement tools are interfering.

4. App Not Starting on Boot?

  • Enable the “Start on Boot” option in Settings.

  • If it still doesn’t work, try running the app once as Administrator.

5. High CPU or GPU Usage?

  • Lower the FPS limit in the Settings panel.

  • Pause the wallpaper when running fullscreen apps or games.

6. Wallpaper Crashes or Freezes?

  • Try using a different wallpaper file to test.

  • Reinstall the app if issues persist.
